We hired Mitchell Contracting for an addition to our home, and to renovate an existing bathroom. Brendan was fantastic from start to finish. We had to change plans and he walked us through everything thoroughly and took care of all the city permitting (which was a huge bonus!). His quote and timelines were accurate and detailed.
