Niagara Falls Sunroom Addition
Sunroom Rebuild in Niagara Falls – A Bright, Functional Space Reimagined
When our client reached out looking to replace their outdated sunroom with a more functional, family-friendly space, the Mitchell Contracting team was ready to bring their vision to life. This sunroom renovation project highlights our ability to adapt, problem-solve, and deliver long-lasting results — even when unexpected issues arise during demo.
Removing the Existing Sunroom & Addressing Structural Issues
During the demolition of the original sunroom, our team uncovered significant rotten wood, a common issue in older additions or areas with moisture exposure. Thanks to our crew’s experience and adaptability, we were able to repair the damage safely and rebuild the structure to modern standards.
Whether it’s structural deficiencies, water damage, or outdated framing, Mitchell Contracting is equipped to handle the challenges that often come with exterior renovations and sunroom rebuilds.
Rebuilding a Durable, High-Quality Sunroom
Once the new framing was complete, our trade partner Young Electric came in to rough-in updated lighting, ensuring the new sunroom is bright, functional, and perfect for everyday use.
From there, the Mitchell Contracting crew finished the space using high-quality materials designed for durability and comfort:
Royal Building Products siding
Luxury vinyl plank flooring
AC vinyl windows for improved efficiency and natural light
The result is a refreshed, modern sunroom that blends beautifully with the rest of the home while offering a bright and inviting space for the family to enjoy.
